Szczuczyn is a developing municipality located within the “Green Lungs of Poland” in the valley of the Wissa River. This unique climate has ensured that over the 330 years of its existence, the town has nurtured sustainable development by combining history with modernity.

Our town tries to be a local leader in bringing together investors and offering land and new housing at favourable prices. We are building modernity on the foundations of the town’s rich history, educational and cultural development.
In his vision for the creation of Szczuczyn, the town’s founder, Stanisław Antoni Szczuka, placed great emphasis on education, culture and trade. Today, we continue this timeless work by making Szczuczyn invariably attractive, both for its residents and visitors.
